Overview of Proposed Changes 

This is a Material Change to the Current Policy. Material Changes include those that affect the university’s position, commitment, or spirit of the policy because of changes in business principles, practices, or relevant laws and regulations. Revisions were made to the policy to clarify reporting requirements, consistent with existing D.C. laws, and to streamline the registration process for events with minors. 

The feedback period will remain open until October 26, 2026.
