Overview of Proposed Changes
This is a Material Change to the Current Policy. Material Changes include those that affect the university’s position, commitment, or spirit of the policy, because of changes in business principles, practices, or relevant laws and regulations. Revisions have been made to align safety expectations with best practices, including a new Driver Authorization Request Form and the transfer of ownership of the policy to Campus Operations from Environmental Health & Safety to increase efficiency, given the day-to-day operations of Transportation & Logistics Services.
The feedback period will remain open until April 20, 2026.
