University Policy Review Schedule
To meet our commitment outlined in the established University Policy Principles that university policies are living documents, the Office of Ethics, Compliance, and Risk (OECR) has instituted a biennial-based review to prioritize effective reviews for each Responsible Office. Responsible Offices will review their policies every other year on an established schedule. For instance, if a policy is reviewed in the 2025-2026 academic year, it will be up for review again in the 2027-2028 academic year. A review process may be initiated for a policy outside of the set cycle as a result of a regulatory change, or operational or risk-based need. The schedule was made based on recent campus events and announcements centering on meaningful community engagement and transparency, and changing laws and regulations. More information outlining each Responsible Office and their next slated review period can be found below; however, this schedule may not represent a review process for an individual university policy that is currently in progress
