Enterprise Risk Management

The university has an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program which identifies the top risk areas across the institution, develops risk assessment frameworks, mitigation actions and management plans for each area and allows coordination and collaboration with leadership on risk management efforts. ERM’s purpose is to create a practical and sustainable process to assist with identifying, assessing and managing risk and opportunities across the enterprise to achieve the attainment of key organizational objectives, avoid surprises and optimize risk to achieve objectives.
